Powerledger trend reversal- BTC power up

I was wrong, it did not breakout and dipped again to the lowest support zone.
- we might have a reversal from the 3100 level. (might dip again nevertheless)
- Volume does not confirm reversal yet, take notice today.

I am a beginner in TA, any feedbacks will be valuable.
