TICKER 
QIND - Quality Industrial Corp, focused on the Industrial, Oil & Gas and Utility Sectors has announced yesterday a new acquisition through an 8K filing.
The main interest point is the way the acquisition is financed. Tranches paid in National Exchange listed stock or cash.
This basically means QIND is near its uplist to a National Exchange board, which comes with minimum price requirements.
The stock is terribly under-valued at a current valuation of about 16M$, for a company that operates a profitbable +100M$ of revenues last year, which will grow rapidly.
I expect a SHEER Bullish movement once it moves to the National Boards and that its latest quarterly filing is disclosed (approx. 2 weeks max from now, they filed an extension yesterday).
