Qtum accumulation finished?

Stoch rsi has been over sold regularly all month, i think the accumulation is nearly finished and we are ready for our next BIG leg up.
As long as we can break away from the top resistance @ around .0036-.036 we should shoot up to .0422 fairly quickly, then re-testing ATH.
