REM is a mortgage REIT ETF which current 12 month yield is 15.5%. This ETF has a long term buy signal issued in this February. If the red parallel price channel can hold, it has the potential of 20% + price appreciation in the next 12-18 months time frame. If possible hold it in a retirement account because of high dividend tax.
Note the 20+% price appreciation is just a projection. In practice, we can hold it as long as the buy signal holds, and see how it goes on a monthly basis and adjust accordingly. So far technicals look good.
