no Lower Lows, reversed cup, easy SL setup

After analysis of Highs and Lows I'm unable to find new Lower Lows and it seems that there is still potential to test last high $5 with risk reward ratio something like 1:15. On the other hand you can see reversed cup setup which might indicate strong move down so SL on 1,99 but when this pattern is negated after price move above $3 you can expect strong upside move.
