I wrote recently in one post about the pent up demand of consumers and their buying behaviour. While the health crisis has prevented many to go out and shop but deep down, the desires to own things they want , the urge to spend and feels good - the fire within have not been extinguished at all. In fact, it is like the phoenix rising from the ashes, fierce and mighty.
And the result is a US$2.2 billion revenue recorded in 24 hours and counting ...........
Many brick and mortar business who still holds the idea that online business model is reserved for the cheap and mass products are missing the boats. Consumers, fans gained online are more pervasive compared to offline. There are distinct benefits other than high rentals that brick and mortar businesses must look to consider online sales as a business strategy, moving forward.
