SHIB strange position, up or down?

SHIB has a strange behavior, it's a relatively new coin that has made it to #18 in coinmarketcap ranking (yesterday it was 28).
Where is it going?
I believe if it can break the triangle upward with acceptable volume it can go to the moon, but if the volume remains low ...
We'll see what happens ...
