SHIBUSDT ! Resistance retest. Breakout or pullback?

The SHIBUSDT is trading in an uptrend channel, which can be seen from the rising trend lines of support and resistance.

On the chart, the price is forming a consolidation between the levels of 1246 and 1167, the price is also testing a local downtrend line on the uptrend, there are prerequisites for a breakdown of this level

I assume that consolidation around the resistance may continue by breakdown of this level and we will see growth. The short-term target is resistance 0.00001317, and the medium-term target is 0.00001437.
