SPCE, LONG

I'm looking for SPCE to go LONG after its retracement to former support (Highlighted in Yellow). It is also currently at a .618 Fib level.

SPCE missed its quarterly earnings, which drove it down to this support, but also, released very exciting news about their new design for supersonic travel. NYC to London in just two hours! They also stated on the call that the first flight to space with Richard Branson on board will happen beginning of 2021.

UPDATE: The shares in the latest stock offering have been sold at a price of 19.50/share and is now closed.

Big Options activity for SPCE was noted yesterday on CNBC when big buyers had purchased $19.50 calls for next week.

Looking at the chart, you can see price is holding at former support, as well as respecting the bullish trend line on the daily.

I currently have 3,500 shares at an $18 average price.
