The SPX weekly has formed the first red weekly candle since Trump won the election. The uptrend is still strong bullish. At this stage this is a consolidation. The Trumpcare bill has failed to pass through congress which has cast a shadow over Trumps proposed tax cuts. The proposed tax cuts and infrastructure spending is what the real test will be. We have to take it as it comes.
