Right after marker reached important 61.8% retracement level, negative oil crisis causes huge loses to many funds/traders. Given uncertainty with COVID-19, market will repeat what has happened at the beginning of March when the "OIL" war started, and may eventually repeat what had happened in 2008 where it not only retested lows after initial rally, but went much lower.
