Bollinger, Elliot wave and RSI

Hey guys, Stratis on 4 H chart. Looking at RSI, it seems like it's overbought. Looking at Bollinger, candle are getting out of Bollinger ==> combination of RSI and Bollinger means that it will go down.
If Stratis is still bulish it will retrace to 0,382 and not 0,5
