As per the merger plan, the four listed Tata Group metal companies —
Tata steel long product
Tinplate Company of India Limited
Tata Metaliks Limited and
TRF Limited

Will be merged in ratio of 67:10, 33:10, 79:10 and 17:10 respectively

TATASTLLP CMP 829 - Ratio - 67:10
TATAMETALI CMP 1062-Ratio - 79:10
TINPLATE CMP 430 - 33:10
TRF - CMP 248 - Ratio 17:10

If you buy (*before 6th Feb - which is record date*) or currently holding stocks in any of this Script you will get fully paid in Tata steel stock a per ratio mentioned.

For example -
Every 10 stock holding of TATASTLLP you will get 67 stock of Tata steel.
