The MACD is positive, the Bollinger Bands are tight, and RSI is healthy. I would like to see the volume increase over 22M day over day in order to confirm the breakout. For now I'm remaining cautious and looking to see if the V3 release is nigh. The Balancer automated market maker may be the hint that we are extremely close. Remain cautious for a release, but we may pull back following BTC which would be healthy. TEL
