THETAUSDT - False break out against the trend

Preconditions:
Entry could be into trend direction or against. Entries into trend direction have bigger priorities.
Price Move more than 90% of ATR to key level. Far better when we have more than 100% as more as better.
Fast approach on the lower time frame. Best when the last 1 hour has more than 50% of ATR.
The price moved many days towards the key level without decent pullback or range.
