$TMST Bear trend with bullish break out?

First off let me apologize for all the support/resistance lines; I enjoy day trading so I use these lines a lot to know exactly the best moments to enter and exit trades.

As you can see with the history of this chart, this stock has been trading under the 50MA for awhile.
However, today, it decided to break it with large volume making it spike.

Now the question: How long will this last?

From experience I see a lof of stocks spiking then shortly after words crashing.
This one does exactly that every time it goes green for a couple of days.
Also, it's down trending.
Until it doesn't break the trend, I don't expect going long on this one. For now I'll keep day trading it.
