We all know Elon love to manupulate market. When he publish about buying TWTR the stock started going down. It means he do it specifically to make it profitable. Now when all traders in fear he can buy slowly and carefully. When he finishes buying, he will start pumping, as it like was with tesla, dogecoin etc.
