NAS100 / NASDAQ BEARISH MOVE OFFICALLY OVER ??

After over 7 months of a bearish market, we began to see bullish movement yet bull traders had a resistance zone of 12786.6 and 12882.0 to overcome (excuse the pun). anyway, we then see the market has come to retest it and is acting as support on smaller timeframes, not to mention the resisting trend line therefore on the daily Timeframe. we will long the indice.
