US30 likely to go down for a while before it rallies again.
there is a lower high and a lower lower high where the price gona bounce before it takes beyond the resistance. if it breaks the resistance, it will hit the level 2 resistance before it comes down again. the first TP is on the lower low. if it breaks the line of the lower high, the second TP will be on the lower lower high.
