M forming at the level

As I've been doing, a M has formed, even tho the 2nd leg made a higher high, still closed below, the price is currently breaking the monthly.
There is some sort of of a trend between the tp and the current price, but im not sure on how the price will act around that, so I would keep and eye, and watch out for the 200 ema
