USDCAD looking slightly bullish

This is a simple analysis. I am observing USDCAD for a potential buy signal. It is breaking above important resistance level and it looks to be heading towards 1,4
If it manages to break above it, there is potential for another 600 pips move towards pivot high from 2016.
