The USDINR seems to be in the later stages of the fourth wave of a grand supercycle, the start of which was at around 1974. The fourth wave itself is about to enter into it's third cycle wave, after which the final motive wave of the grand supercycle would start. Assuming it to have similar price action to the third wave(as the first seems extended), the rupee could easily cross into the 90 territory by the 2020s. Thus, in the very long term, the USDINR pair should appreciate quite significantly. In the minute chart, the USDINR will experience some appreciation too, as it has been in an upward channel since 7:00 this morning
