As to what is above or below (much attention being given to the latter of late, typically "not much"( I tend to slightly disagree), the internal workings of the pennant structure however can give us an indication of what is likely to happen either way, but for that we may well have to wait till the Fed taper day, expected 18th September, and the result of that.
