Possibel Break out for USOIL

After failing making new high and breaking the resisctance line, USOIL made a strong rejection to the down side and which is now under the line.

USOIL closes below under the trend line, Which means its confirming the break out.

What to do right now ? Just wait for a nice confirmination to the down side in lower time frames. Becus USOIL tested to come inside to the trend line again but failed.
