usoil or WTI makes a crown pattern. and the target of this pattern is as height as the main pattern so in this scenario usoil should reach the $66 area or lower level.
it is formed a descending channel and doesn't exceed the boundary strongly!
In the short term, we can see a kind of head and shoulders pattern. it is possible to be one of continuing patterns, after breaking down the neckline get a short position.
