VPLM Clearly Bullish - No One Even Watching....
VPLM is Bull of the year, we have what I would consider a clear Wyckoff Accumulation. We basically hit target before I could post but I would like to see consolidation above $7 in the next month, so we shall see. Not financial advice, DYOR.
