VZ is it finally time?

Is it finally time for VZ to break out of this super long base? I have no clue. This stop is slightly wider than I usually take. But it is the Monthly chart, zoomed in to a weekly or daily I am sure I could tighten it up a bit. Gonna watch for shits and giggles, or maybe buy in a long term account.
