Big weekly breakout from the downward trend on $WEC. This would be a utility play that corresponds to capital rotation into the sector (see XAU1!).

Broke out. Now resting. Most likely move is to trend sideways before the next leg up. Otherwise, if that doesn't happen, we'll likely see a retest of the down trend.
