WePower seems to be having a cup and handle trend. It's price is consolidating higher and higher.

I just spotted a possible head and shoulders.
Also, because it's the 30th of April today, the day when the WePower platform preview event is meant to take place, it could mean some whales could sell their WPR (buy the rumor, sell the news).

If it doesn't go down in the next hour or so, and thus becomes a failed head and shoulders, then this would indicate a very bullish scenario.
