would you buy a share of 1$ that used to be 8000$?

This stock comes from a very high price 8000$ to 1$.
Because if something goes lower why would you hold it and take loss?
But at some point price cannot go lower.
How much lower than 1$ can it go?
It was 0.5 a couple months ago, maybe it goes back to 0.5 one last time or maybe it just goes into upward trend and when that happens this might get explosive, so likely target of 10$ probable 30$ maybe 100$ with some luck 1000$+
Btw this is a stock in uranium energy of which demand will increase and supply diminish
