In the last couple of weeks the price of gold has been rising. It is up to us to analysis the market so we can get a indication as to where price should continue next. As of right now gold has broken resistance now support 1448.300. With this in mind a retracement to retest 1448 is likely. Not to mention that our 61.8% FIB level is a slightly aligning with that daily level.
That being said a pullback to 1448 is expected, is this is confirm and price forms a continuation pattern at this level our first target will be 1526 with our second above our weekly mid-range resistance 1550.
Target #1: 1526.400
Target #2: 1557.500
Use 1% -5% risk per Position!
