XAU long if holds above 1311.x , support at 13 and 1287.x
large moves upward do not bode well for gold due to the possibility of liquidity events.. which is why these large equity moves are scary but that is beside the point. be weary of big moves in either direction, a slow climb to 1333.x would be ideal to confirm bull move
