resistance need to be break out by bull to target 2000$++

I just curious what the best resistance to monitoring bull in long term?
and the best number I got I think 1853 and 1873 and 1927.
Above 1927 maybe safe to assume it will go higher than 1960 (around 2015?)

I make this idea because my bearish ideas all stuck on 178x as last resistance
and I think it not enough as confirmation to target 2000$++

on this idea it possible to drop from 1825 (but it just a cup and pattern bearish pattern not a bull pattern

also got this final target to 192x on harpat, I just need to adjust B and C point
but the 192x final target
