Also the protectionism wave across the globe may have China enforce capital flow restrictions and may prevent rich Asians to buy REITs abroad. A catalyst for REITs bubbles to pop. Australians are the first to get hit because they are even more expose to that phenomena and their economy being a lot more integrated with China.
