#XRPUSD Update: Is $4 the next target?

• I have noticed the negative divergence @ 1 day chart, which is a strong sell signal.
  My Elliott Wave count shows me that we recently finished 3rd impulsive wave and we are in the 4th wave.
  The price can retreat back to $2.0-$2.15 range, 2nd correction wave was not strong, and then can increase up to $4.0.
