XVGUSDT Possible Reversal with 30% Upside Potential

XVGUSDT Closed Above 50 & 100 Day Moving Average after a Very Very Very Long Time. And It has been constantly trying to break above. With a lot of good news & a hard fork around the corner, this seems to be it for a Bullish Reversal.
