Can YGGUSDT breaks trading range??

This coin is at a very important area . If it can break it's trading range and pullback to this price on this time frame (4H) , We can buy it for it's marked target ( that is equal to height of current trading range )
but if it fails to stay above trading range , good price for buy is at the bottom of trading range and that is 5$
