What is this settlement?

Between 2018 and 2021, Spectrum promoted its lead drug candidates, Poziotinib and Rolontis, as nearing FDA approval.

However, investors later alleged the company failed to disclose poor clinical results, severe side effects, and regulatory issues.

As these concerns came to light, $SPPI dropped over 88%.

Following this, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals was sued by shareholders and has agreed to settle by paying $15.95M to investors.
