Brazil's Ambipar to vote on 1-10 share split proposal

Brazilian environmental services provider Ambipar AMBP3 said on Friday shareholders will vote on a share split proposal in a meeting on August 4.

Aiming at increasing liquidity and adjusting the share price, the stock split would be at a ratio of 1 common share to 10 common shares, without any change to the amount of the share capital, Ambipar said in a securities filing.
