L&T Finance to issue two-year bonds, bankers say

India's L&T Finance LTF plans to raise 10 billion rupees ($116.6 million), which includes a greenshoe option of 5 billion rupees, through a sale of bonds maturing in two years, two merchant bankers said on Friday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 7.12% and has invited bids from bankers and investors on Monday, they said.
L&T Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
