HUDCO to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say
India's Housing and Urban Development Corp (HUDCO) HUDCO to raise 30 billion rupees ($349.74 million), including a greenshoe option of 25 billion rupees, through the sale of bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Friday.
The company has invited coupon and commitment bids from bankers and investors on Tuesday, they said.
HUDCO did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
