The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

** U.S. regional bank Commerce Bancshares <CBSH.O> has agreed to acquire rival FineMark Holdings <FNBT.PK> in an all-stock deal valued at $585 million, the companies said.

** Wafa Assurance has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Egypt's Delta Insurance from its current owner Egypt Kuwait Holding Company, as it targets an expansion of its operations in the Egyptian market, it said .

** Private equity firm JC Flowers & Co announced that it has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of Wefox Italia.

** Supernus Pharmaceuticals <SUPN.O> will acquire Sage Therapeutics <SAGE.O> in a deal worth up to $795 million, gaining access to the only postpartum depression pill approved in the United States, the companies said.

** Electrical equipment maker Eaton <ETN.N> said it had signed an agreement to acquire privately owned engineering solutions company Ultra PCS from Cobham Ultra Group in a deal worth $1.55 billion.

** Defence equipment firm Scandinavian Astor Group said it has agreed to buy ammunition maker Ammunity in Latvia for 3 million euros ($3.5 million).

** Australia's second-largest gas producer Santos <STO.AX> said it intended to support an all-cash $18.7 billion takeover bid from an international consortium led by Abu Dhabi's National Oil Company (ADNOC), which wants to grow a global gas business.

** Australia's Bega Cheese BGA said it plans to seek informal regulatory approval for the acquisition of peer Fonterra's FCG Oceania business, even as the latter said it aims to sell its global consumer and integrated businesses, including Oceania and Sri Lanka, as a whole.

** Private equity funds, including Carlyle CG and Triton, are weighing bids for Germany-based industrial equipment maker REMA Tip Top, which is exploring a possible sale, three people familiar with the matter said.
