Trading in Legal Balance bonds will be suspended

Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in bonds of UAB Legal Balance(LEBAFLOAT27FA, ISIN code LT0000409005) on July 8, 2025 until the announcementvia Nasdaq Vilnius Information System.

Trading shall be suspended until the announcement of the exact floatinginterest rate, which is determined in accordance with the procedures and termsset out in the Information Document of UAB Legal Balance.

Trading will be resumed by a separate decision of Nasdaq Vilnius.
