HydrogenPro ASA: New share capital registered, new board member assumes role

11 July 2025 - HydrogenPro ASA (OSE: HYPRO): Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by HydrogenPro ASA (the "Company") on 27 May 2025 regarding a private placement of 12,703,209 new shares (the "New Shares") towards a wholly-owned subsidiary of LONGi Hydrogen Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 70 million to the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Share capital: NOK 1,910,497.78

Total number of shares: 95,524,889

Nominal value per share: NOK 0.02

As resolved by the annual general meeting held on 30 April 2025, the election of Haimeng Zhang as a board member has taken effect upon registration of the share capital increase.
