BlueNord ASA: Completion of Settlement and Cancellation of BNOR15
Oslo, 14 July 2025: Reference is made to BlueNord ASA's ("BlueNord" or the"Company") previous announcements regarding the conditional Tender Offer fortheCompany's subordinated convertible bonds with ISIN NO 0012780867 ("BNOR15").Asannounced on 4 July 2025, the Tender Offer period closed on 4 July 2025, andtheCompany is pleased to announce that final settlement of the accepted bonds -representing approximately 99.99% of the BNOR15 - was completed today 14 July2025. The bonds repurchased by the Company have now been cancelled.
The remaining bonds, totaling approx. USD 6 in principal amount, will also becancelled following the publication of this notice. Once cancelled, all BNOR15bonds will have been fully redeemed.
