BioStock: Green light for PHI to gear up its commercial strategy

Phase Holographic Imaging (PHI) has now formally decided to restructure its global distribution model. An Extraordinary General Meeting has approved a supplementary agreement to the existing distribution agreement with Altium SA, the company’s largest shareholder and global distributor. The decision represents a strategic shift in PHI’s commercial strategy – with increased control, flexibility and growth potential as the primary goals.
