    VANCOUVER, BC, July 22nd, 2025 –TheNewswire  —
Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. ICS (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FRA: Y4G)
(“ICS” or the “Company”) today announced the early-stage
development of its proprietary Federated AI Cybersecurity
Architecture, a conceptual leap forward in securing organizations for
    a post-quantum world.

Currently in research and technical planning, thearchitecture is being designed to address the next frontier ofcybersecurity challenges: quantum risk, distributed threatsurfaces, and the growing needfor decentralized, real-timeintelligence.

    Anticipating the Quantum Disruption

Quantum computing poses an unprecedented threat to the
cryptographic foundations of modern cybersecurity. With traditional
encryption methods like RSA and ECC potentially breakable by quantum
algorithms, ICS is actively exploring a new architectural model that
would mitigate risk by minimizing data movement,
leveraging cache-level intelligence, and removing reliance on
    central data aggregation.

    “This architecture is
part of our vision for a post-quantum future,” said Alan Guibord,
CEO of Integrated Cyber Solutions. “It’s surprising how few
companies are focused on future-proofing. We’re building a
distributed, intelligent framework that resists quantum threats and
redefines access, trust, and detection across complex
    environments.”

    Designing the Architecture of Tomorrow

The Company’s Federated AI Architecture is intended
to work in tandem with its flagship platform, SecureGuard360™,
layering in theoretical capabilities that could redefine how cyber
risk is detected, evaluated, and mitigated in the years ahead.

    Planned Technical Frameworks:

    • Edge-Oriented AI
      Orchestration - A vision of AI-powered
decision-making and response that operates directly where data
lives—on device, in cache, or at the network edge.

    • Dynamic Trust Indexing - Real-time trust scoring based on behavior, identity, and
      environment—continuously recalculated at the edge.

    • Federated Threat
Detection - A model where sensitive data remains
local, with AI deployed to endpoints to detect threats
      contextually—without central aggregation.

    • Quantum-Ready Privacy
      Layer - Future-state cryptographic principles
and consent-aware data handling to protect against post-quantum
      decryption.

This architecture is built on a zero-trust by
design foundation and aims to future-proof ICS’s security posture
by decentralizing enforcement, improving privacy, and enabling rapid
AI-driven response—all without exposing sensitive data to
    centralized risk.

SecureGuard360™ as the Intelligent Control Layer

    The company’s flagship platform, SecureGuard360™,
remains the operational and orchestration hub for ICS customers. Over
time, ICS envisions SecureGuard360™ evolving into a control
layer capable of coordinating a decentralized security fabric—one
powered by federated intelligence and quantum-resilient
    principles.

    “We see a future where
cybersecurity is not just reactive, but predictive, distributed, and
quantum-aware,” added Guibord. “This vision is our guiding
principle, moving ICS into the next era of AI-driven cyber
    defense.”

    A
Cornerstone in the Company’s Innovation Roadmap

While still theoretical and under active development,
the Federated AI Architecture represents a bold step in ICS’s
    innovation roadmap—demonstrating the company’s long-term
commitment to addressing the evolving complexity of global cyber
    threats.

ICS will continue refining its research in
collaboration with technology partners, academic advisors, and
security architects—laying the groundwork for a future that
    demands post-quantum agility, distributed intelligence,
    and AI-native security operations.
