ININ Group share buyback program status

29 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from 16December 2022 announcing a share buyback program for ININ Group AS (theCompany). Between 23 September 2025 and 26 September 2025, Pareto SecuritiesAShas bought 8 204 shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK2,22and a total value of NOK 18 234.

Additional information regarding the buyback program: The program consists ofshare purchases up to NOK 6 million and may be ended at the company'sdiscretionprior to fulfilment. The shares are purchased in accordance with theauthorization granted at the company's annual general meeting on 13 May 2024.
