Garching / Munich, 14 July 2025 –Leo International Precision Health Aktiengesellschaft, ISIN DE0005490601, WKN 549060, Symbol LEOW, has been notified by SGCI Corporate Finance GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ("SGCI") and von Herrn Hsiao-Hsuan "Leo" Wang, New Taipei City, Taiwan, ("Leo Wang") that SGCI and Leo Wang acquired direct control of the Company within the meaning of Sect. 35 par. 1, Sect. 29 par. 2 and Sect. 30 par. 2 of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act (Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz, WpÜG) on 11 June 2025 through the acquisition of shares in the Company.

SGCI will, in fulfillment of its own obligation and the obligation of its sole shareholder, Mr. Ding-Shin Chang, Levallois-Perret, France, and of Leo Wang submit a mandatory offer to all shareholders of the Company within the statutory period and after the offer document has been approved by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
