Core logic
The Ultimate Oscillator evaluates buying pressure relative to true range across three different lookback periods and combines them using weighted averaging.
Key principles:
* buying pressure is derived from close relative to prior price extremes
* true range reflects overall market movement
* short-, medium-, and long-term averages capture multi-horizon momentum
* higher weight is assigned to shorter-term momentum
* values oscillate between 0 and 100
